
The Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies Control is partnering with Heartland and other local animal organizations to offer low-cost or free 1-year rabies vaccines and microchips.
When: Saturday, October 14, 2023, 10 – 1 p.m.
Where: Maine Township Town Hall – 1700 Ballard Rd., Park Ridge, IL 60068
Services: 1-year rabies vaccines, distemper vaccines and microchips.
Availability: First 100 pets

- Clinics are available to Cook County residents. Please bring proof of residency (driver’s license or state ID) with you.
- Some clinics are available to dogs only as noted in the clinic description
- Microchips are administered for free at all clinics and there is no registration fee.
