Heartland Animal Shelter alum, Miss Tuptim, passed away quietly and peacefully today at Preiser Animal Hospital. She was a good little kitty and enjoyed her life with me, Chang and Missy (Mau Mau). Tupper was fostered/adopted by me in 2009. Those who may remember Tupper knew she had health issues due to calici virus as a kitten. Laura Krauch actually did the paperwork to place her with me. About a year later, her buddy Lady Chang came to live with us. She will join many other Heartland alums in heaven …. I’m hoping some of her ashes will be sprinkled in the memory garden close to Laura.
