Dear Heartland Animal Shelter,

We cannot THANK YOU enough for helping us adopt our dog Otis (formerly Toad). He is such a sweet boy with the funniest personality. He is such a little goof ball and we love him so much. Thank you for all the hard work you do everyday and for giving dogs like Otis a chance.
